1Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Ardiyanto, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal data when you use Pixelorid Resto (the “Service”), a web-based restaurant management and point-of-sale application and its website.

For the personal data of people who create an account with us, we are the data controller. Your restaurant data (menu, orders, sales, tables, reservations, customers and staff) is stored on our servers. For personal data of your customers and staff that you enter into the Service, you are responsible for deciding why and how it is used, and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

2Personal Data We Collect

  • Account data: your email address and login credentials, and your name and profile photo if you add them.
  • Business profile data: your restaurant name, logo, currency, tax rate, time zone, and your branches with their addresses and phone numbers.
  • Restaurant records you enter: menu items, prices and costs, orders and payments, tables, reservations, customers (such as names and contact details you choose to enter), and staff accounts (name, email, photo, role and branch assignment).
  • Subscription status: your plan, billing dates, and payment status as reported to us by Paddle.
  • Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.
  • Technical and usage data: device and browser type, IP address, and basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.

Payments for your subscription are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment details and billing information you enter at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments your own customers make to your restaurant are recorded in the Service only as cash or QR entries; we do not process those payments.

3Why We Use Your Data

  • To provide the Service (creating and managing your account, storing and showing your restaurant records, applying roles and branch access). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To manage subscriptions and billing status in coordination with Paddle. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To provide customer support. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
  • To secure and improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • To send service emails about your account, security, and changes to the Service. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal data.

4Who We Share Data With

  • Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments and handles billing, taxes, and refunds. Paddle acts as an independent controller of the data it collects at checkout. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
  • Service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf, such as our database, authentication and file storage provider (Supabase) and our web hosting provider. They may only process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers, where needed.
  • Authorities where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

5International Data Transfers

We operate from Indonesia, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it stays protected, such as relying on contractual commitments from our providers and, where applicable, recognized transfer safeguards (for example adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6Data Retention

We keep your account and restaurant data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and restaurant records within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Data held in backups is removed as backups are rotated. You can export your orders to Excel before closing your account.

7Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights under applicable data protection laws, including the EU and UK GDPR and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022):

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

To exercise your rights, email support@pixelorid.biz.id. We respond within one month. If you are a customer or staff member of a restaurant that uses the Service, please contact that restaurant first, as it decides how your data is used; we will assist the restaurant with your request.

8Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls so that each user only sees what their role allows, and the security features of our infrastructure providers. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users where required by law.

9Cookies and Browser Storage

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Service, such as keeping you signed in. We also store simple preferences in your browser, such as your light or dark theme and your selected branch. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Payment pages operated by Paddle may use their own cookies, described in Paddle’s privacy policy.

10Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or within the Service.
