Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Operated by Ardiyanto, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pixelorid Resto, a web-based restaurant management and point-of-sale application and related website (the “Service”) operated by Ardiyanto (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an individual based in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. When you use the Service, you are contracting with Ardiyanto as the provider of the Service.

By creating an account or continuing to use any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2Description of the Service

Pixelorid Resto helps restaurants and other food businesses run their daily operations from a web browser. The Service includes:

  • Menu and category management, including prices and costs
  • A cost of goods sold (COGS) calculator
  • Order taking with table numbers, and recording of cash and QR payments
  • Table, reservation and customer management
  • Staff accounts with owner, manager and cashier roles, and branch assignment
  • Dashboard, sales and gross profit reports, including Excel export
  • Multiple branches, up to the limit of your plan

Features may be updated, added, or removed over time. We will communicate significant changes where appropriate.

3Subscriptions, Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle also handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT on our behalf. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern payment, taxes, and the commercial mechanics of your purchase.

  • Plans: Basic at $20 per month (up to 2 branches) and Pro at $210 per month (up to 10 branches). The price and billing frequency shown at checkout apply to your order.
  • Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Price changes: we may change our prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Refunds: see our Refund Policy.

4Accounts and Staff

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. The person who creates the account is the owner of the restaurant account.

The owner may add managers and cashiers and assign them to branches. You are responsible for the staff accounts you create, for their activity in the Service, and for removing access when someone leaves your business. You must have the right to enter the personal data of your staff and customers into the Service.

5Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or testing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
  • Share your login credentials or resell access to the Service.

6Your Data

You retain ownership of all business information you enter into Pixelorid Resto, including your menu, orders, sales, tables, reservations, customers and staff information. Your data is stored on our servers, operated for us by the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to store and process it, and for keeping your own records as required for your business and tax obligations. You can export your orders to Excel at any time while your account is active.

We do not sell your business data. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

7Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Ardiyanto and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Service to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active and in accordance with these Terms.

8Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in fraudulent activity, create a security risk for the Service or other users, or repeatedly or seriously violate the Acceptable Use section above.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. You may also contact us at support@pixelorid.biz.id to request account closure.

9Service Availability

We work to keep Pixelorid Resto available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service needs an internet connection and may be unavailable when you are offline or when our providers have an outage. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardiyanto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia, unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
